Gift card codes can be applied at the Basket/Cart and Checkout pages.
On the Basket/Cart page, the Gift Card code can be applied underneath the Basket Totals.
On the Checkout page, the Gift Card code can be applied underneath the Order Summary below the Credit Card input fields
