Description
Orange Ticket Vidéo is a digital gift card service by Orange in France that allows users to rent or buy movies and TV shows from the Orange Video on Demand (VOD) platform. It is accessible on TVs via Orange TV, as well as on computers, smartphones, and tablets.
Redeem a gift card
To redeem an Orange Ticket Vidéo gift card:
On a computer or mobile:
1. Go to video-a-la-demande.orange.fr.
2. Log in with your Orange internet account.
3. Go to "Mon espace VOD", then "Mon compte prépayé".
4. Enter your gift card code (12 to 16 digits) and click "Créditer".
On Orange TV:
1. Press "Menu" on your remote.
2. Select "La boutique" > "Mes services clients" > "Activer un ticket vidéo".
3. Enter your gift card code and confirm.
The balance will be added to your Orange VOD account and can be used to rent or buy content.
Expiration
Orange Ticket Vidéo gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of activation. If not used within this period, the balance will be lost.
