Description
ASOS is a global online fashion and beauty retailer offering a wide range of clothing, accessories, and beauty products. In France, ASOS gift cards can be used exclusively on the French website (asos.fr) and are not valid on Marketplace items.
Redeem a gift card
To redeem your ASOS France gift card:
1. Visit asosgiftcards.com/fr/fr.
2. Enter the 19-digit code and the 8-digit PIN found on the back of your physical gift card.
3. Provide your email address and confirm it.
4. Complete the CAPTCHA and click "Suivant" to receive your e-gift voucher code via email.
To use your e-gift voucher:
1. Go to asos.fr and log into your account.
2. Navigate to "Mon Compte" > "Cartes cadeaux et chèques-cadeaux".
3. Click on "Ajouter carte cadeau/chèque-cadeau" and select "Chèque-cadeau".
4. Enter the 16-digit voucher code received via email and click "Enregistrer le chèque-cadeau".
Alternatively, you can enter the 16-digit voucher code directly at checkout in the "Code promo / Étudiant ou Bon d'achat" section.
Please note that the gift card must be activated and exchanged for an e-gift voucher before use. Once added to your account, the voucher cannot be transferred or shared.
Expiration
ASOS France gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of receipt.
