Redeem a gift card
1. Go to smartbox.com/es.
2. Click on “Activar tu caja” (Activate your box).
3. Enter the activation code and security code found inside the physical box or in the email if it's a digital gift.
4. Once activated, browse the available experiences and choose one.
5. Follow the steps to make a reservation for the selected experience.
Expiration
Smartbox gift cards in Spain are generally valid for 3 years and 3 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the voucher.
