Redeem a gift card
1. Visit any participating Primark retail store within Spain.
2. Select the items you wish to purchase and proceed to the checkout counter.
3. Present your physical or digital gift card to the cashier.
4. The cashier will scan the card and apply the available balance toward your total. If the total exceeds the gift card value, you can pay the remaining balance using another accepted payment method.
Note: Gift cards cannot currently be used for online purchases, as Primark does not offer e-commerce services in Italy.
Expiration
Primark gift cards in Italy are valid for 10 years from the date of the last transaction (purchase or balance check).
