Redeem a gift card
1. Open the Nintendo eShop on your Nintendo Switch.
2. Select the user profile you want to use.
3. Choose Enter Code (or equivalent in your system language).
4. Input the 16-digit code from your Nintendo Switch Online card.
5. The subscription will be activated immediately.

Expiration
Nintendo Switch Online subscription codes do not expire, unless otherwise stated on the card or purchase receipt.
