AMC Theatres is a major cinema chain primarily operating in the United States. In Spain, AMC owns Cinesa, a leading cinema brand with numerous locations across the country. However, AMC Theatres gift cards are intended for use in the United States and are not redeemable at Cinesa cinemas in Spain.
Redeem a gift card
AMC Theatres gift cards can be redeemed in the United States as follows:
Online:
1. Visit amctheatres.com.
2. Select your movie and showtime.
3. At checkout, choose "Add Gift Card" as your payment method.
4. Enter your gift card number and PIN, then click "Add Card".
In-theatre:
1. Present your physical or digital gift card at the box office or concession stand.
2. The cashier will scan or manually enter the card details to apply the balance.
Please note: These gift cards are not valid for use at Cinesa cinemas in Spain.
Expiration
AMC Theatres gift cards do not have expiration dates or associated fees. However, physical cards will cease to function five years after activation. If your card becomes inactive, you can request a free replacement by calling 1-800-255-0311.
