Redeem a gift card
1. Visit redeem.microsoft.com and sign in with your Microsoft account.
2. Enter the 25-character gift card code.
3. Click “Next” and confirm to apply the value or subscription to your account.
Alternatively, on your Xbox console, go to Store > Redeem Code, and follow the prompts.
Expiration
Gift cards in Italy do not expire. However, promotional codes may have a specific expiration date mentioned with the offer.
