Redeem a gift card
To redeem a PlayStation Store gift card in Italy, follow these steps:
On a PS4 or PS5 Console:
1. Log in to your PlayStation Network (PSN) account.
2. Open the PlayStation Store from the main menu.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the sidebar and select “Redeem Codes”.
4. Enter the 12-digit code found on your physical or digital gift card.
5. Confirm the code to add the value to your PSN wallet or directly activate the associated product (e.g., a game or subscription).
On the Web:
1. Go to store.playstation.com and sign in with your Italian PSN account.
2. Click your profile icon and select “Redeem Code” from the dropdown.
3. Enter the 12-digit gift card code and click “Next” to confirm.
4. The funds or content will be added to your account instantly.
Expiration
PlayStation Store gift cards in Italy are typically valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Once redeemed, the wallet funds do not expire.
