Redeem a gift card
To redeem your Ecobnb IT gift card:
1. Visit the Ecobnb website: ecobnb.it
2. Browse and select eco-friendly accommodations or experiences.
3. Click on "Verifica Disponibilità" (Check Availability) for your chosen option.
4. Fill out the availability request form with your details.
5. In the form, select "Hai un Codice Coupon?" (Do you have a coupon code?) and enter your 12-digit gift card code.
6. Click "Applica il Coupon" (Apply the Coupon) to validate the code.
7. Submit the request and wait for a response from the accommodation.
8. Once availability is confirmed, finalize your booking.
Notes:
* If the booking amount is less than the gift card value, you'll receive a new gift card with the remaining balance.
* If the booking amount exceeds the gift card value, you'll need to pay the difference directly to the accommodation.
* You can combine up to four gift cards in a single booking request.

Expiration
Ecobnb gift cards purchased in Italy are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. It's recommended to redeem them promptly to ensure the balance is properly applied to your account.
